No, it’s not irrelevant! | DA Newsletter No. 04/2026

Dear Sir or Madam, dear readers,

When it comes to demolition, most people think only of the end result: a building is gone – done. How exactly it happens doesn’t matter, right? Wrong.

Because modern dismantling is precision work. And success depends on how seamlessly technology, planning, and people work together – from surveys and hazardous-substance assessments to choosing the right methods, executing the work on site, and processing the materials afterwards.

In short: quality doesn’t only show at the end – it shows in every single step in between.

That is precisely why FACHTAGUNG ABBRUCH 2025 was held under the guiding theme “Quality in Demolition.” Below, we have linked an article about one of last year’s presentations. The project discussed in that article makes it very clear why quality in demolition is more than a gut feeling – it is measurable, plannable, and decisive for safety, the environment, and economic efficiency.

Of course, these topics will also play an important role at FACHTAGUNG ABBRUCH 2026. And so you can prepare as well as possible for the industry event of the year, we have also linked the exhibition floor plan below. Those who plan early will get into the topic faster on site – and meet the right contacts without detours.

If you haven’t registered for the conference yet, you can do so now via the link below. You will also find the programme booklet there.

We wish you an enjoyable read.
